Aonuma curerà lo sviluppo di RevoZelda

Eiji Aonuma has told Nintendo's official Latin American magazine that he will be in charge of developing Zelda for Revolution.

The news that Zelda is coming to Revolution... isn't news at all. Although its impact was dulled slightly by the avalanche of news, statistics and media that blanketed the internet this May, those with good memories will recall that Nintendo pledged to bring Mario, Zelda, Super Smash Bros, Donkey Kong and Metroid to its next-generation format during its pre-E3 press conference.

What's interesting, we suppose, is that Aonuma will be handling it instead of Shigeru Miyamoto - a reflection, clearly, of the faith that Aonuma's boss has in his work. "[Nintendo president Satoru] Iwata has assigned me with the task of doing a Zelda game for the upcoming platform," Aonuma told Club Nintendo magazine.


Nintendo comincia i test del suo network wireless per DS

Nintendo is asking owners of its DS system to test the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, the service designed to let its handheld gamers access the internet and play multiplayer games against other users.

Participants are being asked to take part in a short survey from the official site, which poses questions about the user's internet connections, before requiring the use a download that acts as a connection tester and Animal Crossing-themed desktop clock. The aim is to gather information about consumers' home network set-ups so that Nintendo can tailor its Wi-Fi Connection to a wider audience.

The test will continue through September. Nintendo intends to have Mario Kart DS and Animal Crossing DS as lead titles to demonstrate the DS's Wi-Fi capabilities, by the end of the year.

Hmmm so che è un attimino OT comunque... non sono farina del suo sacco (di Aonuma intendo) anche Majora e Windwaker?!  :mmmm:

Secondo Videogiochi Aonuma è stato responsabile dei dungeon in Ocarina of time e director del grandissimo Majora's Mask e di WW. Di TTP risulta come producer.
Non ho idea di quali responsabilità esattamente egli abbia, anche se è ovvio che si situa ai vertici della piramide Nintendo.
Certo, si tratta di un curriculum di un novellino, ma io voglio comunque dar lui fiducia
