Today the countdown of the Origen Xbox 360 website hit zero, and the big secret is finally revealed. Or is it? Yesterday Microsoft told us the European race for entry into Origen will start today, and so it did.

When you enter the Origen site you can right click on the flash animation and press play. The same tree will then be revealed, but now with flags hanging from it representing each European country that can participate in the contest. If you don’t see the new website, open the page in a new window before you press play. Click on the country you live and then double click the flag again. The two rabbits will appear telling to click on the fruit. After you are done with all the clicking and the animation is over, you will be presented to a contest page where you can enter the race for Origen. You will have to answer all the questions correctly, if you answer is wrong you are out of the race. However, you can refer up to 9 friends to the contest and each time you do you will get another chance to enter the contest.

Update: We have been told what the prize is and it is the chance to celebrate the launch of the Xbox 360 in the United States. And we can't help to feel a bit disappointed, as our readers pointed out. "A marketing campaign aimed at the masses to only reward a select few"…Anyway, good luck to all in the race for Origen.
