ecco la conferma che Forza3 si trova attualmente in fase di sviluppo (c'erano bisogno di conferme?  :ciao:  )

Forza Central, a fansite dedicated to Microsoft's and Turn-10's racing series, discovered an interesting bit of info regarding Forza Motorsport 3 late last month. It seems that Kaarbo Design, a company that worked with Turn-10 in the past on menu graphics in the original Forza, accidentally let slip on their website that they're again working with Turn-10 on Forza 3. This also, naturally, seems to have once and for all confirmed the existence of Forza 3.
All mention of Forza 3 has since been taken down from Kaarbo Design's website, but not before a user on Forza Central's forum took screen captures for proof (via EvilAvatar). As you can see in the picture to the right, it looks like Kaarbo created a number of sample posters for race events that would appear in Forza 3, with a clear "Forza 3" logo in the corners of each poster. Furthermore, Forza 3 was also temporarily included on Kaarbo's website in the list of games they've worked on (you can see that screen capture here.)

This isn't the first leak Forza 3 has been involved with. Way back in June, Forza 3 was part of the massive series of leaks from marketing and research company Intellisponse. The leak at that time indicated a number of potential features for Forza 3, including the possibility that the game would be released on two discs and would be packed with 100 tracks and 400 cars.

Really, the prospect of Turn-10 making a third Forza title was almost a foregone conclusion before any of these leaks occurred, so with this evidence, it seems all that's left is for Turn-10 to officially announce the game themselves. Whether it'll actually have 100 tracks and 400 cars, though, remains to be seen. Cross your fingers, gearheads.

Quindi entro l anno in corso , mi pare ottimistica come previsione e se vero sara' un Forza 2.3  :ehsi:

Cmq imho , a Forza 3 nn e' che serva poi sta rivoluzione rispetto al suo presequel ...... basta migliorare un attimino la grafica e aggiungere qualche nuova feature ( tempo variabile ? ) oltre che naturamente ' perfezionare ' il gameplay e sarebbe gia' un gran gioco

Devono assolutamente rivedere/migliorare la modellazione delle auto ( alcune sembravano direttamente uscite da qualche cartoons di topolino ) e perfezionare il resto . E' vero che il titolo Polyphony e' graficamente una spanna sopra a Forza ma sarei curioso di sapere quanto i danni estetici 'pesano' sul motore grafico di questi giochi per valutare il reale gap tra i due ( ma GT5 li avra' i danni ? ) poi certo , innegabile che i Polyphony sono maestri in certi aspetti anche se a caro prezzo ( risorse e tempo ) .

VG247 has learned that Microsoft intends to release Forza 3 as one of its major 360 titles this holiday.

The game has never been confirmed by the company, although it was heavily involved in the Intellisponse leak fiasco last June.

Intellisponse marketing concepts hinted that the game may feature a Collector's Edition, DLC, over 100 tracks and 400 cars.

Microsoft's Q4 first-party line-up for this year is unknown as yet, and we're still in the dark as to when it'll be announced.

The publisher hasn't confirmed a GDC keynote this year: last year it used the platform to announce Gears of War 2, with the rest of its Christmas roster being shown at a US event in May.

Aside from Forza, it's now known that newly-formed developer Ruffian is working on a "Crackdown 1.5″ product aimed for release at the end of this year.

Halo: ODST will also release in late 2009.
